Treatment for Planter Fasciitis

Plantar Fasciitis is an inflammation of the plantar fascia, a ligament-like band on the bottom of the foot that runs from the heel to the ball of the foot. It is also called Heel Spur Syndrome. The treatment is a series of stripping the tendon and stretching - and stripping and stretching of the calf muscles, it's very effective!

Prenatal Massage

Devised specifically for "Moms-to-be" this therapy improves skin's elasticity while relaxing the body and relieving heavy legs. It reduces the physical discomforts and improves emotional well being. Note: Massage may be unsafe during your 1st trimester, so only recommended for 2nd and 3rd trimester.

Aromatherapy Massage

This is a massage designed just for your specific needs - after a consultation we can determine what those needs are and address them. Treatment for TMJ also available!

Gentle massage using essential oils which are blended into the massage oils for a relaxing, yet therapeutic "experience". Need a deeper relaxation? Ask to have Lavender added to your massage. Need an energizing experience? Ask for Peppermint - feel free to consult before the massage about what you might want to get out of this experience - and I will custom make your oil.
